We believe that mathematics is an essential part of everyday life, equipping children with vital skills for their future.
Our Maths curriculum focuses on a different topic each half-term, with pupils progressing through structured Assessment Points.
Initially, students explore new concepts using concrete resources and sensory experiences. These ideas are then reinforced in real-life contexts, such as snack time, cooking, and other hands-on activities. Each lesson sequence concludes with consolidation activities. We incorporate White Rose resources into our teaching, ensuring a well-rounded and supportive learning experience for all students.
